In case of pricing errors, we reserve the right to cancel the order or request confirmation before processing.

Product availability is not guaranteed at all times.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed within standard business timelines.

Delivery depends on courier partners and location.
We are not responsible for delays caused by external factors such as logistics issues, weather, or unforeseen events.

7. Replacement Policy (India Only)

Replacement is applicable only within India under the following conditions:

  • Wrong item received

  • Damaged product

  • Manufacturing defect

Conditions:

  • A proper unboxing video is mandatory

  • Video must be continuous, clear, and without any edits

  • Must be recorded from opening the package

  • Must be shared within 24 hours via WhatsApp with proof

Without valid video proof, no replacement will be accepted.

If the product is in stock, replacement will be dispatched the next day.
If not available, the customer must wait until restock.

8. International Orders

For all international purchases:

  • No replacement

  • No return

  • No refund

Customers are responsible for customs duties or additional charges if applicable.

We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
