2. Replacement Policy (India Only)
We offer replacement only within India under the following conditions:

3. Mandatory Proof for Replacement
To request a replacement, customers must provide:

A clear unboxing video

The video must be continuous and unedited

Recording must start before opening the package

The issue must be clearly visible in the video
The video must be shared within 24 hours of delivery via WhatsApp along with order details.
Without proper video proof, no replacement request will be accepted.
4. Replacement Process

Once approved, replacement will be processed

If the product is in stock, it will be shipped the next working day

If out of stock, the customer must wait until the item is restocked
5. International Orders
For all international orders:
