Bulk Orders Policy

Tavisi Jewelry welcomes bulk orders from customers in India and internationally. Customers who wish to purchase multiple pieces of the same product or place bulk orders must follow the terms and conditions below.

1. How to Place a Bulk Order

Customers interested in placing a bulk order must contact Tavisi Jewelry via email at info@tavisijewelry.com.

Please include the following details in your email:

Product photograph or SKU (Stock Keeping Unit).
Exact quantity of pieces required.
Any specific product requirements or additional details.
Customer name and contact information.

Our team will review the request and confirm product availability and order details.

2. Advance Payment – 25%

To confirm a bulk order, customers must pay an advance amount equal to 25% of the total product value (the combined value of all products in the bulk order).

The order will be considered confirmed only after the 25% advance payment has been received.

3. Balance Payment – 75%

The remaining 75% of the total product value, along with the applicable shipping charges, must be paid in full before dispatch.

Tavisi Jewelry will dispatch the bulk order only after receiving the complete balance payment and shipping charges.

4. Processing & Dispatch Time

Bulk orders will be dispatched within 14 days from order confirmation and receipt of the 25% advance payment, subject to product availability.

The 14-day period refers to dispatch time, not delivery time. Actual delivery time may vary depending on the shipping destination and courier service.

5. Domestic & International Bulk Orders

The same bulk order terms and payment conditions apply to both domestic (India) and international customers.

International orders are subject to the customs regulations and import requirements of the destination country. Applicable customs duties, import taxes, and other destination-related charges are the customer's responsibility, subject to applicable laws.

6. Order Cancellation & Advance Payment

Once a bulk order is confirmed and the 25% advance payment has been received, the advance payment is non-refundable if the customer chooses to cancel the order.

This condition is subject to applicable consumer protection laws and any mandatory legal refund requirements.

7. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges for bulk orders are calculated separately based on the total shipment weight, delivery destination, and applicable courier rates.

The shipping cost will be communicated to the customer before dispatch.

The applicable shipping charges must be paid along with the remaining 75% balance before the order is shipped.

8. Important Information

All bulk orders are subject to product availability and confirmation by Tavisi Jewelry.
Customers must verify the product photographs, SKU, and required quantities before confirming the order.
Full product payment and applicable shipping charges must be received before dispatch.
Dispatch timelines may be affected by product availability, unforeseen circumstances, or shipping-related delays.
